Brunswick Commons

Brunswick Commons is a 41 unit affordable rental housing community in Grass Valley.  A single residential building, plus off-street parking, bicycle lockers, and a playground area, occupies 2.32 acres of the 5-acre property.  The community includes a mix of 33 one-bedroom units and 8 two-bedroom units.  A community center also located in the building provides an office, maintenance room, computer learning center, community room with a communal kitchen, and laundry facilities.  Supportive services for residents are provided within the community center facility.
